Salim Distro is a licensed Maine tobacco distributor. We sell wholesale to retail businesses only: smoke shops, convenience stores, gas stations and specialty retailers. We do not sell to the public. Here is exactly how it works.
Two kinds of account
What you can buy, and where we can ship it, depends on which account you open. Choose on the application form.
- Vape and nicotine, plus everything else. Requires a valid state tobacco or vape license and a federal EIN. Gives you the full catalog.
- Fragrances, lighters and accessories only. For retail businesses stocking the non-nicotine side of the catalog. Carries no vapor or nicotine products at all.
Both take the same two minutes to open. Tell us which you need on the application form and we will verify you against it.
Where we ship
Shipping is decided by the product, not by the order, and every product page carries a badge telling you which rule applies.
- Accessories and fragrance: fragrances, lighters, torches, rolling papers, glass, grinders, scales and smoke-shop hardware ship from our Maine warehouse to approved retail accounts across the United States.
- Vapor and nicotine: these are licensed products and ship only to retailers holding a valid license we have verified for that destination.
- Availability is confirmed automatically at checkout. Enter your delivery address and the cart shows exactly what can ship to you before you pay. A few destinations restrict individual accessory lines, and checkout applies those rules for you.
A mixed cart follows the stricter rule. Checkout names any item that limits your ship-to options so you can split the order if you want the rest to move now.
Your first order is 10% off.
Once you are approved, your first order is 10% off glass, grinders, hardware, accessories, fragrance, charcoal, lighters, papers, scales and batteries. It is applied automatically at checkout, no code, and it is valid for 14 days from approval.Not valid on disposables, e-liquid or nicotine pouches.
The flow
- Apply. The application takes about two minutes. Tell us your business, your location, and your license or EIN.
- We verify you. Most approvals take about one business day. For a vape account we check that your license is valid for the products and the state you are ordering into.
- You get approved. Wholesale pricing becomes visible across the catalog. Pricing is gated, so only approved accounts see it.
- Order online any time. Browse live stock from our Portland, Maine area warehouse and order whenever it suits you. What you see in stock is what we actually have on the shelf.
- We ship. One order, one box, one invoice. In Maine we run our own regional delivery, which keeps restocks fast and predictable.
Case packs and minimums
Products ship in standard case-pack quantities, listed on each product page. A modest order minimum keeps freight efficient and your per-unit cost down. You will always see the case pack and any minimum before you check out. No surprises at the invoice.
Freight
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order weight and delivery address, so you see and approve the full total before you place the order. Nothing is added to the freight afterwards.
Compliance
Every order is age-verified 21+ at checkout. We verify your license against the state rolls before nicotine ships into any state. Requirements vary, so confirm what your own state asks of you. Questions and reorders
Reordering is quick: your past orders are saved, so restocking your best sellers takes a few clicks. If you have a question about a product, a delivery or your account, email sales@salimdistro.com and a partner answers you directly, in writing, so you have the answer on record.
